CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICIES
*NORMAL: 1-4 days
Cancellations must be made before 12 p.m 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room.
*SPECIAL: 5 or more days
Cancellations must be made before 12 p.m 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge 30% of the total amount of your stay.
* For these conditions, an early departure fee of $60 per night cancelled will be charge if guests check out prior to the booked departure date. Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations.
*SMALL GROUPS: 4-6 rooms
In order for a small group reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of the first night of the stay including taxes is required.
Cancellations must be made before 12 p.m 15 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of the first night stay.
